Educational Qualification
Post No. 1 – Engineer (RE-Civil):
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks and 3 years of relevant experience. SC/ST/PWD candidates require 55% marks.
Post No. 2 – Engineer (RE-Electrical):
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Power Systems & High Voltage, Power Electronics, or Power Engineering with 65% marks and 3 years of experience. SC/ST/PWD candidates require 55% marks.
Post No. 3 – Engineer (RE-Mechanical):
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering, or Power Engineering with 65% marks and 3 years of experience. SC/ST/PWD candidates require 55% marks.
Post No. 4 – Executive (RE-Human Resource):
Graduate with 65% marks along with a PG Degree/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Personnel Management, MHROD, or MBA (HR), and 3 years of experience. SC/ST/PWD candidates require 55% marks.
Post No. 5 – Executive (RE-Finance):
CA/CMA qualification with 1 year of relevant experience.
Post No. 6 – Engineer (RE-Safety):
Engineering Degree with 65% marks in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Civil, or Power Engineering and 3 years of experience. SC/ST/PWD candidates require 55% marks.
Post No. 7 – Executive (RE-CSR):
Full-time PG Degree/PG Diploma with 65% marks in relevant fields such as Rural Management, Rural Development, Community Development, Livelihood, Social Development, Sustainable Development, Development Studies, or related disciplines; OR MSW, MBA, or Engineering Degree, along with 3 years of experience. SC/ST/PWD candidates require 55% marks.
Post No. 8 – Executive (RE-Rajbhasha):
Postgraduate Degree in Hindi with English and 3 years of relevant experience.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 35 years as on 07 September 2026.
SC/ST candidates will receive 5 years of age relaxation, while OBC candidates will receive 3 years of relaxation as per applicable rules.
